Second, the wait staff was superb, and the captains were excellent to work with. They walked the whole time during our reception, and during the conference, the food was always set up and ready to go. We had two hot food lunches, and the food was absolutely delectable. I cannot use enough adjectives to describe how good the food was!

Finally, the chef went above and beyond with the catering. Because we had people coming from all over the world, we wanted to take account of people’s food allergies and restrictions. We passed on the list (spreadsheet) to Val, and the chef went through the spreadsheet, evaluated the food selection for each day for each guest on the list, and if they weren’t any options for that meal, the chef prepared a special meal for that person and put it on the spreadsheet that they had an individual meal. He did that for every person on that list! I was in awe because we weren’t expecting such a high degree of individualized service.
