  • Can you deliver the food to our office or event space?

    Yes, we offer corporate delivery services to make it easy for you, so you can focus on getting back to business! In addition to delivering the food, we can also set up, serve the food and clean up so you literally don’t have to worry about a thing!

  • Can you incorporate my branding?

    Yes! We can definitely have fun with branding when it comes to your meal; it’s one of our favorite parts of corporate catering! We can add logos or infuse company colors—there are so many options.

  • What are your office hours?

    Our office doors are open from 8:30 am–12:30 pm and again from 1:00 pm–4:30 pm every Monday through Friday.  However, we are capable of serving your event at all times with our 24-hour kitchen.

  • How many different menus does Tasty Catering offer?

    We have several menus, which include Corporate Drop-Off Catering, Special Events and Outdoor Events.  In addition, we offer holiday-specific menus, dietary accommodation menus and many more. Custom options are available, and we can create a specific custom menu based on your needs and vision for your event.

  • Can you help me plan a menu for my event?

    Of course. Tasty Catering is skilled in culinary planning as well as event planning. Our sales and culinary staff work closely together to help clients choose the perfect cuisine for their guests.

  • What dietary restrictions can you accommodate?

    Our chefs can create menus based on any and all dietary restrictions. We have vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free items. These items are identified in our menus. We are also adept at planning for a variety of dietary needs, so if you have other restrictions, we can make adjustments accordingly.

  • What are my payment options?

    Initial orders must be placed on a credit card or ACH unless otherwise arranged. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Upon request, you can be set up for ACH payments. For all orders, your brand ambassador will ask you to sign a delivery ticket, which will include your final total.
    We will then send your invoice and/or credit card receipt electronically the following day.

  • How late can I place an order?

    We can accept next-day orders until 3:30 pm on the day prior. We can accommodate next-day orders after 3:30 pm; however, they are based on availability, and delivery times are at Tasty Catering’s discretion. Next day orders placed after 3:30 pm will be charged a same day fee of $15.

  • Do you have order minimums?

    We do. Minimums are listed in our menus for each menu item. For example, our Individual Hot Meals have a minimum of 10 per flavor, and our box lunches have a minimum of 8.

  • How do I place a catering order?

    We encourage you to phone in your orders, though we can also accept orders via email. Once you place an order, we enter it into our catering software and confirm it with you via email. When you receive the confirmation, you are then responsible for reviewing and approving the order and sending
    an acknowledgment via email.

  • How do I schedule a delivery?

    Our staff will schedule a convenient delivery time with you after discussing your event’s itinerary. We must take into account the traffic, weather, distance, ease of parking and unloading and time needed for setup. Because of these factors, we will schedule a 20-or 30-minute delivery window during which you can expect your order.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    All cancellations must be phoned into our office during office hours and confirmed. Orders may be canceled without penalty by 4:00 pm on the day prior to the event. Same-day cancellations will be charged full price.

  • Is there an additional charge to customize a box lunch?

    Yes. For an additional charge of $1.75 per box, we will create a customized label for each box as per your specifications.

  • What is a custom label box lunch?

    The top of each custom labeled box lunch identifies the specific contents of the box and who will receive the lunch. For example, “Waldorf Chopped Salad without Onions and with Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing for Susan.”

  • How is my food delivered?
    • Our brand ambassadors will bring your order to your location for setup.
    • Your order will be placed on disposable table covers and set up in a professional presentation.
    • Individual meals are delivered hot and will remain hot about 20 minutes after delivery. The individual
      meals are in microwave-safe containers, should reheating be necessary.
    • All food trays will be unwrapped (unless otherwise requested).
    • Your order will include condiments and disposable dining ware, as well as cups with beverages.
    • All hot food orders requiring chafing dishes will also require equipment pickup.
    • Our brand ambassadors will return later that day to pick up the dishes and clean the serving area;
      however, a pickup charge does apply.
