Hand sanitizer available at all points of entry/exit throughout our facility.

Daily Temperature Check
Employees must pass a temperature and health check prior to each shift.

Health & Safety Check
All employees complete an Attestation for Worksite Entry document.

Building Safety
The entire building is locked and all entrants must be checked in.

Daily Meals
Staff is provided with a nutritious daily meal to power them through the day.

Team members have completed the ServSafe COVID-19 sanitation class.

Sanitation Certifications
We have 25 certified sanitarians, Illinois requires 1.

HACCP Certifications
Personnel are Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) certified, including delivery personnel.

Top Health Department Scores
Consistently rank in the top 5% for health department scores.

Sanitizing Entire Building
The entire building (kitchen, coolers, office, door handles, telephones, etc.) sanitized frequently.

Sanitizing Equipment
Tables, chairs and event equipment cleaned and sanitized after every use.

Clean Vehicles
All delivery equipment and vehicles are cleaned daily.

Safety Reminders
Signage throughout the building reminding everyone of how to be safe.

Practice Social Distancing
Work stations (kitchen and office) spaced 6 or more feet apart for staff who is not vaccinated.

Handwashing
Staff washes hands frequently, at minimum every 30 minutes.

Plexiglass Barriers
Plexiglas are used in appropriate areas when requested by the client.

Food Made to Order
Our food is freshly made to order by certified sanitarians.

Seating Arrangements
Dining tables at venues placed 6+ feet apart, with 10 or fewer guests per table upon client request.
