Like the eco-friendly industry, our green program is still in its infancy. As we continue to research and learn more, we will implement new knowledge and new products as soon as they become available. In order to live up to our core values and our reputation, we are attempting to be very diligent with regards to the accuracy of our claims. We will not change just for the sake of change, or more importantly, to follow a trend. We are becoming environmentally responsible while simultaneously retaining our focus on “High Customer Service Standards,” “Quality in Everything We Do” and “Community Involvement.” In addition, we will not sacrifice sanitation and food safety for the sake of eco-friendliness. Our single-serve products actually reduce excess waste by delivering the exact amount of product that is needed for each customer.
We have reduced our non-recyclable, non-biodegradable, and non-renewable picnic waste by 90% by taking the following initiatives: |
